Update #1

You can now sell your items for gems in the Armory Shop.

Update #2

Voting time!

I plan on adding pets to the roleplay. They'll be the same pets as in AJ (Seahorses, jellyfish, anglerfish, etc.), but they can have abilities and such to aid you during roleplay.

For example, Anglerfish can light up dark areas and bite enemies. Jellyfish can sting/stun enemies. Seahorses can distract enemies.

You would be able to buy pet eggs for a hefty price (500 - 1,000 gems), and then wait several days for the egg to hatch. The pet, upon hatching, will join you during roleplay and assist you. You can command it to do things, but it won't always pay to your orders, like real pets, of course :P

Should I add pets or not?

Quest 2 is Coming!

Quest 2 is on its way, however, I am taking my time to think about the plot. I had ideas for the storyline before the first quest was even written, if you're wondering why it's taking so long to come out.

Quest #1: An Unexpected Enemy

You pose beside the rocks, chatting with the other soldiers. Your conversation is interrupted when you notice a scruffy penguin (that looked like he hadn't eaten in days) stumble into camp and begin talking to the Kelpian captain. You all watch as the penguin, despite his haggardly appearance, clears his throats, straightens up his back, unrolls the parchment and reads it like he was sent by a king of a faraway land.
He began speaking, but you couldn't hear his words. He talked for about 2 minutes, bowed his head, and rolled up the parchment. He was about to leave camp, when the captain sent a soldier to escort him away. How important was this penguin that he was given an escort?

Before you can ask questions to the other soldiers, the captain swims over to you. "Her highness the admiral has sent a messenger from the high order of the battalion." she announces. So that's who that penguin was.

"There have been phantoms spotted in the eastern seas, as well as large, mysterious slingshots made out of coral, that surely were not crafted by the phantoms. She has requested several soldiers of the brigade to check it out, and I am passing the task to you lot." Before you can say you'll go or not, she thrusts a map into your flippers and points her trident to a large circled out area. "They were spotted around that area. Now hurry over there, every second you stay here is another second the phantoms are using to travel towards us." she barked. You can't say no that, mostly because she had already swam away before you could say anything.

~~

You duck behind the rocks and watch as the phantoms swim around in a circular formation. You can see the large coral slingshots that the captain told you about jammed in the rocks - you wonder what they're for and who made them. But for now, you best be focusing on the phantoms. You watch as a phantom looks straight in your direction and begins charging towards you. CHARGE!

Voting Time!

Hello AJBBRP Beta Testers! Today we'll be taking the first vote.

So I was thinking, and I want to add training lessons into the roleplay. But we have to vote on which one we should add in.
You can sign your character up for a training lesson, which lasts about 1-2 real life hours. During the training sessions, your character cannot participate in quests or side roleplays. However, when the training finishes, your character's stats will increase, overall improving their performance on quests and side roleplays. But there are two ways we can do this..

1: After each quest, you are rewarded with a certain amount of training points, depending on the number of enemies you defeated, allies you helped, etc. You can then use these training points to purchase training sessions for your character. When the training sessions are done, your character's stats will increase and they will be given experience points. You can use the experience points to buy new abilities that your character can use anytime during roleplay, or you can upgrade their weapons and armor.

OR

2: Pretty much the exact same thing, but instead of training points, we will have a currency implemented, which we will call gold for now. After each quest, you're rewarded with a certain amount of gold that differs depending on how difficult or long the quest was. You can use the gold to sign your character up for training courses or use it to buy upgrades for their armor and weaponry. When your character's stats reach a certain level, they unlock new abilities that they can use anytime in roleplay.

OR

3: We can just not do any stats or abilities at all. That's it for this option.

Please tell me your suggestions and stuff in the comments.

P.S. If you want some free items, you can go digging in Crayfish Cove or take some whirlpearls from the Whirlpearl Clam. I'll be making a side roleplay page soon.
